Refund policy

Thank you for shopping at The Busty Bakery. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. Please read our policy carefully to ensure you understand our return procedures.

1. Returns

• You have 3 days from the date you received your items to initiate a return.
• To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, and undamaged.
• All items undergo a thorough quality check before dispatch. Detailed photos are taken as a part of our quality assurance procedure. If a returned product differs from our documented photos, the return request might be declined.
• Please note that underwear, make-up, and liquids are exempt from being returned.

2. Refunds

• Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you about the status of your refund.
• If your return is approved, we will provide you with store credit equivalent to the value of the returned item. This process can take up to 7 days from the receipt of the returned item.

3. Shipping

• You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

4. Exchanges

• We currently do not offer exchanges. Please make sure to review product details and sizing before making a purchase.

5. Incorrect or Defective Items

• We take great care in ensuring that products are of high quality and are sent out correctly. In the unlikely event you face an issue, please reach out to us.
